When working with apps I have no speech on my SE2020. I can engage Siri,
and he will answer questions, make calls. When I ask him to open an app
such as messages, speech stops. I suppose messages is open, but I can't
interact with it. I have tried three-finger doubletap in case I turned off

I can't figure out how to make it talk. Loadstone tells me it has found GPS,
then goes silent. There must be something I need to set, but I can't find it
in the manual.
