  Good morning:

I’ve been using apple music for years. Unfortunately, now when I go to
library, I can’t find the artist’ list, it goes from Play lists, Albums,
songs, and skips artists.

  Any suggestions?

Re: apple music question

2023-06-17 Thread Mary Otten
You need to link your Apple Music account to your Ayy Ladies. That’s done through the app on your phone. I can’t remember the exact steps, but I’m sure if you Google it, you will find it. Once you have it linked, when you ask to play something, you don’t have to specify Apple Music, because you will have set that as your preferred music stores.Sent from my iPhoneOn Jun 17, 2023, at 10:19 AM, Lelia Struve wrote:Good morning, this actually goes along with the subject. Another Apple Music Question

2021-12-09 Thread Duane Steele
Hello Listers,

I have another APPLE music question. I pulled up an album this morning and
discovered that a number of tracks are listed twice and playing twice. Is it
safe to go through the list of tracks and delete duplicate tracks? I can't help
but wonder why or how duplicate tracks appeared in the first place. Has anyone
else experienced this? If so, how did you handle it. Thanks in advance for any
schggestions.

Re: An Apple Music Question

2021-12-08 Thread Duane Steele
Thanks for the good answers to my Apple Musicquestion. Truly appreciated. I
discovered this option of seeing the full album but still, last year this
option wasn't necessary on this particular Christmas album because the full
album already appeared. Maybe this happens when you don't play an album for
some time, say a whole year like most holiday albums. I love this list because
from it we all glean so much information.

Re: An Apple Music Question

2020-12-31 Thread lenron brown
Apple needs to fix this because yes it's a broken thing that happens.
Then there are times where a song shows in an album then you have to.
Hit a show complete album then all the songs are there. It's weird.

Thanks Mickey for your prompt response. Maybe Apple Music chooses to do these
strange things. I too have noticed other artists I have played suddenly missing
tracks. I know nothing good lasts forever and perhaps we have to come to expect

Hello:
What I would suggest is that you document the songs that are missing in the
library versus the songs that are there in your playlist and then send a
message documenting that information to Apple Support.
I’ve seen strange things happening lately with Apple music. Sometimes you
search for a song by saying what is the name of this song and it finds it but
you double tap and don’t get the song in your library.
Also I’ve seen tracks for instance from Ray Stevens that are no longer available

Hello iPhone listers,

I have noticed sometimes when pulling up an album from my APPLE Music library
that tracks that once were there are now missing. Yet if I pull up certain
playlists containing those tracks, they're in the playlist. Thus, the album I
wish to play in its entirity seems damaged because songs won't even appear in
the tracklist. Has anyone else with an Apple Music subscription experienced
this problem, and, if so, how have you solved it? Thanks.

An Apple Music Question

2020-12-31 Thread Duane Steele
Hello iPhone listers,

I have noticed sometimes when pulling up an album from my APPLE Music library
that tracks that once were there are now missing. Yet if I pull up certain
playlists containing those tracks, they're in the playlist. Thus, the album I
wish to play in its entirity seems damaged because songs won't even appear in
the tracklist. Has anyone else with an Apple Music subscription experienced
this problem, and, if so, how have you solved it? Thanks.

Peace & Blessings,
Pastor Duane L. Steele

Re: Puzzling Apple Music Question

2020-09-02 Thread Donna Casteen
This message means that the album has been removed from your country's Apple
music store. possibly a dispute between Apple & the singer/group. The album is
possibly still in another country Apple music library, no way to know for sure
or which country still has the album in Apple music library. This sort of thing
also happens in the app store, developers remove their apps from certain
country's app stores, possibly leaving the app in other countries app store.

Puzzling Apple Music Question

2020-09-02 Thread Tom Lange
Hi,
This afternoon I tried to play an album that I’ve had in my Apple Music library
for a long time. Each time I tried to play a track from the album I got an
error message that said:

”This song is not available in your country or region.”

Does anybody have any idea why an entire album would just disappear? Since none
of the tracks would play, I deleted the album from my iCloud library and
searched for it in Apple Music. No go.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Tom

I don't believe you can until tomorrow. This is apparently part of the music
industry's blackout Tuesday protest. Record labels and other music industry
companies and performers including Apple apparently decided they would do no

Re: Apple Music question?

2020-04-18 Thread Michael Feir
Hi Malcolm. iOS13 has a number of VoiceOver jumping and focus issues to
contend with. This is one of them. The only way to get to most of the
contents in that tab is to use the vertical scroll bar over on the right
side of the screen to move up or down to the verious areas. For instance,
to get at the new rleases heading, I go down to 100 percent, flick over to
the left, and then flick up with the rotor set to headings so I get to the
start of the heading. I can then flick right through the contents.
Sometimes, it's useful to double tap the "see all" button to get into the
full contents of the area you're interested in. It's easy to miss out on
stuff since VoiceOver doesn't behave as it should. Hope things improve in
iOS14. I've pretty much given up on these issues being dealt with sooner
than that. I'd be ecstatic if they fixed the misspellt words rotor
function. Best of luck to you Malcolm.

Apple Music question?

2020-04-18 Thread Malcolm Parfitt
Hello friends,

I hope I find you all well in these anxious times!

Has anyone experienced problems in the For You tab of Apple Music?

I am an Apple Music subscriber and looking through the For You section when I
double-tap an album nothing appears to happen. It is not that the album is
unavailable as if I select other albums and then return to my original choice
it works as expected.

Another problem is when swiping through albums in the For You tab focus is
often lost when swiping through albums results in moving to another section
denoted by moving into another headed section, say Classical to Pop. You have
to swipe back and fore several times before you can continue to browse through
the list.

Malcolm

Re: Apple Music Question

2020-01-07 Thread englishrider91
Yes, this happens to me, too. What's weird is that it only happens for artists
in the "For You" tab and not playlists. I'll have to report this to Apple
Accessibility. They told me to call them, even if I don't think the issue is
specifically related to VO. Basically, since I'm blind and use VO, I should
call them over the regular Apple number.

Thanks,
Ari

Apple Music Question

2020-01-06 Thread Tom Lange
Hi,
I have an annoying problem with the Apple Music app and I wonder if there’s a
simple work-around. When I look at my library I can find listings by artist,
album, song, et cetera and double-tap something to view a track listing and
play a selected song. However, when I go into the For You Tab and attempt to
bring up a track list for an album, I get thrown into the Browse Tab. Has
anybody else noticed this and is the a work-around? I’m using IOS 13.3.

Thanks,
Tom

Apple Music question

2016-08-02 Thread Roger Frischenmeyer
Hi, is there a way when you add files to your iCloud to have Apple Music not
match them? I have some songs I have the original version and when they match
them it is a later version that I don't like is well. Any ideas would help.
Thanks Roger

Re: Apple Music question

2016-07-18 Thread Wayne Merritt
Hello. If you're subscribed to Apple Music, then I would do the
following: go into settings/music and turn Apple Music off and then
back on. Note that this will erase all of your playlists but your
music will still be in your library. If you want to start over
completely fresh, then that might be something you have to do with
iTunes. In that music settings screen, I think there is also a button
to use iCloud Music Library, which you can toggle off and then back
on. This may also erase the music you have stored there, or at least
disorganize any structure it had.

Good luck,
Wayne

Apple Music Question.

2016-01-08 Thread Edmonds, Lucy (LARA)
Hello. Are the preset stations on Apple Music Radio still based upon the music
you choose for your library, and that which you choose to like? If so, why is
there an artist coming up that I banned in the very beginning when I set up my
profile?
Thanks for any thoughts.

Hi Billy,

To see only your offline music, tap the "My music" tab at the bottom right of
the window. Then tap the "Category" button in the middle of the window. This
will bring up a dialog, near the bottom is an option to show only music stored
offline on your device. Make sure this ontion is ticked and you will be good to
go.

Hope this helps,
Brett.

Apple music question with iPhone and new Nano.

2015-08-18 Thread Matthew Bullis
OK, so since I've been getting into the Apple Music thing in a big way in the
last month, and since they also announced the new Nano, I now have some
questions. My iPhone is full with Bard books and Audible content, and so I have
to stream my Apple music library. I never used iTunes for music before, so I'm
starting fresh with content. My big question is if I get one of the new iPod
Nanos, will it have the ability to run the latest itteration of the music app
so I can get the Apple music features? Also, if I go through and make albums
available for offline listening, will the Apple Music service then attempt to
download this music to my iPhone, on which there is really no room? I know that
the Nano is the really small device, about one inch wide, and that it has only
specific apps on it, music being the main one. Therefore, Bard books and
Audible would stay on my iPhone. I believe I'm limited with what the Nano comes
with, and can't alter it in any way. Finally, while I can look this up while
doing my research, what are the new models again, and the prices? Perhaps
there's a page with this info that I cruised by when the announcement was made.
Thanks,
Matthew

Are you sure you downloaded it and not just added it to your My Music? You

RE: Apple music question – I can't find my originally downloaded iTunes content

2015-07-05 Thread Eden Kizer
I added stuff to my music but did not tell it to make available offline but it
still took up room on my phone even though it did not say I had more music in
the storage under music. I had to just delete all the music I saved, so now I
have no way to remember all the tracks ow liked. Why am I not able to just have
my music without it storing on my phone?
