Did you try changing the volume under sounds in settings?

Subject: Adjusting Alarm Volume

Hi, I'm on iOS 8.4. I have a strange issue where I can't get the volume on the
stock alarm app to increase. I've checked in settings, but my sound is set as
close to 100% as I can get without the sound becoming annoying.
Nevertheless, only my Voiceover seems affected. The alarm itself remains low.
Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Joe

RE: Adjusting Alarm Volume

2015-09-26 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi Joe,

The way you adjust alarm volume is to go into the Clock app, tap on alarms and
edit an existing alarm. Double tap on your alarm tone so you get into the list
of available alarms sounds. Find the alarm sound you have, it will say
"selected" and double tap it. This will play the alarm sound and as it plays
you can adjust the volume up or down with the volume buttons. Whatever level
you set it to will be what it remembers.

Regards,
Sieghard
