I have hearing aids that rest on top of my ears, between the ear and skull.
Would these headphones work with them in, do you think? Also, do they let you
rewind and fast forward the iPhone?

To Chip, they do have play pause or answer calls. They also have a base
control and ability to listen through the microphone to outside sounds. I never
found any use for that. You cannot tell where the sound comes from, so it
hardly seems of any value.
