RE: Cannot connect Airpods or Airpods Pro
You don’t need a new phone and or pods, I’d give it a break for a while and come back to it in an hour or so, Try turning off Bluetooth on the phone and then back on again then try reconnecting, And I do recommend trying to connect them to the iPad rather than the iphone and see what happens that way. Interesting, I think you have found the hinge of the case lid, There should be a small round button quarter of an inch down from that and in the very middle of the cases back panel. Try pressing down on different areas of the back panel and see what you find or feel. Try using your fingers and feeling rather than trying to see it, Your fingers can be more sensitive than eyes. RE: Cannot connect Airpods or Airpods Pro
Hi Deb, No on the back of the case that the pods pro come in, that’s the wireless charging case, if you flick the lid of the case open, approx. half a centimeter below the lid on the back panel, you should be able to feel a button that is very slight but if you pres you will feel it. The little things on the pods are not what you are looking for. And no you shouldn’t have to reset your network settings, Just forget the pods and then start again to pair them. Good luck.
