Didn't know you could move apps using a Bluetooth keyboard. Please tell us how

There is a workaround for this which I have found to work most of the time. If
you would like to delete an app which is close to the dock, double tap and hold
on another app which is further away from it. When VO announces that the app on
which you double tapped "is editing",
