That is a massive file to try to download.
I hope you do not have Cloud Sync enabled, because you should never have large
files if you want Cloud sync to work.
And, dealing with that large of a file in any app is going to be challenging.

I decided to break it up into parts to make downloading easier. I
know I could just save myself all this work and put it on my stream,
but I want it on my iPhone. I've uploaded files around 700 gigs or
so, so I think this will work.

On this topic. I'm trying to download a 3.4 gig zip file into voice
dream reader from dropbox. It isn't working to well. It almost looks
like after a certain percentage the file kind of goes back to 0% and
tried to redownload again.

iPhone XR, the latest version, and the latest version of voice dream reader.
