I prefer to use my iPod nano 7 Gen with a heart rate monitor as I'm scared to
drop my phone when using the tread mill. An I pod nano is cheaper to replace if
it gets damaged.

Rick, Have you ever riddin on a recumbent tandem bike? I did for a short time
about 15 years ago and I'd have to say it was the most fun I ever had on a
tandem.
You lie back on the bike almost as you would on a doctor's bench then put your
hands under you (feels a bit awkward at first).
But
Make sure your finger that you use is not cold and don't press too hard.

in progress. You can set up different types of workouts but I can't figure out
what type to set up when you are doing a round of different
