This is a known issue, I've had the same problem, here is a work around. Go in to system preferences to accessibility. Go to the mouse section and turn on mouse keys. This allows you to use your keyboard to control the mouse. You will need a keyboard with a number pad for this to work. Now open

There are a couple work arounds. Some say you can hold down the control key, push on the track pad, and the context menu comes up an you can do it this way. The way I have gotten it to work is. 1. Vo shift m, go to option, go to remove from dock, but don’t press it. 2. Command tab away from

Hi all,I just got a new Mac mini w/ Mac OS Big Sur.  On my old Mac with Mac OS X 10.15 I used to be able to go to running apps on the dock, and do vo+shift+m to bring up the context menu, and then from there say to keep the app shortcut on the dock when it wasn’t running that way I could run it
