That isn't necessarily true since iPhone 5 has a bigger battery than
the iPhone 4S. Apple specifically gave iPhone 5 a bigger battery to
help offset the drainage issues they've had with past phones,
including the 4S. It's hard to compare because I would guess that

Glad I'm not the only one who has noticed the power drain issue, I have found
my iPhone5 drains definitely much quicker than my 4S did. To check whether it
was the phone or iOS6, I used my 4S running iOS6 for a day, definitely iOS6 I
came to the conclusion.

That is curious that you are experiencing a greater drain on the battery
because I have noticed no real difference, yet my iPhone 4S is more responsive.
