Volume is low then, only, when I am on the phone.
I did send a letter to Apple addressing the matter.

Have you tried to simply turn the rotor to volume and then flick up to raise
Voiceover volume. I have a feeling that your problem is simply that Voiceover
volume has gotten turned very low.

speaker is set to headphones via its configuration so thought I would bring
that up. You can go to iPhone settings, Bluetooth settings,
I can't hear numbers or anything on Voiceover when on a call
with Bluetooth to my hearing aids. Once I shut my phone
down, brought it back up, and it seemed better.
So, that is exactly what I did, only when bringing it up, no
Voiceover. Jim tried to help me, but we were in a mess. I
called
