You are correct, the new MyCharge battery packs apparently are doing away
with the spoken battery level. I do have the one that does speak and it's a
nice feature, butit is not so difficult to get used to how often a
particular battery pack can charge your phone and in any case,

better if you don't discharge them completely. With previous battery
