I doubt VoiceOver has anything to do with this odd situation, but I am
posting about it in case others have noticed similar problems and
would like to comment on them.
I reset my cellular usage statistics on March 3, the start of my new
billing cycle. Yesterday, I checked my usage since
I have no problem with my data reset and VO.
