Hi Bill,

Do a three-finger tap after touching a message in your inbox, and the preview
will be read.

Best,

Hi Hope,
I don't think there is a way to actually see the list of messages, except by
first expanding the thread when you're in the list of mail. Flick down and
double tap on expands thread. Then flick right through the messages. If you
have a preview on, you will then see the preview of each one as you flick
through. But there isn't a way of double tapping and seeing that whole list.
When the thread is not expanded, double tapping on it opens the top message in
the thread, in which case you can see that message. And then the flicking down
for Messages is supposed to work to let you see the rest of the messages in the
thread. But you have to make sure your rotor is on Messages.

I hope this works. I want to thank you all for telling me how to get through

Re: Please explain how to use new emails and any way to increase voice by shorter steps

2016-09-15 Thread Mary Otten
Hi Hope,
I don't think there is a way to actually see the list of messages, except by
first expanding the thread when you're in the list of mail.

Re: Please explain how to use new emails and any way to increase voice by shorter steps

2016-09-15 Thread Hope Paulos
I am actually having issues with email as well. I have threading on, and when I
double tap on a thread, it automatically opens a random message… How can I just
see the list of messages in the thread, like I used to be able to do?
Thank you so much!

Please explain how to use new emails and any way to increase voice by shorter steps

2016-09-15 Thread Regina Alvarado
Can someone either describe how to work the email appeasily or point me to a
podcast or description? also I have my rotor VoiceOver set to 52 but when I try
to move it up a number it jumps from 52 to 57. Is there a way to jump smaller
increments? This actually has been a problem for ever since the first iPhone I
had. However, I kept forgetting to ask.
