Hi all. With every new update, there comes a new set of ringtones and text
tones like there was some new ones when I OS 7 and 8 came out. What I want to
know is now that iOS 9 is out, does that mean we lose the new tones from iOS 7
and iOS 8? If so, where can I get my hands on them?

No, there is no change as far as I can tell. When Apple last updated tones it
was at the same time when the look of iOS received a fairly major update. Apart
from that they don't often add new tones.
