Hi Billy. If you set touch ID to unlock your phone, then yes this is normal. However, I think you can flick up with one finger for more options, and one option should be reply. If you double tap on that, it should give you an on-screen keyboard where you can send the message. If I'm wrong about all this, then you guys can correct me. Billy, Did you have a passcode set on your 4S? I assume you didn't and that is why you have to unlock with your fingerprint on your 6 Plus. If you have touch Id set up that means you set up a passcode and security. If somebody could simply tap on a notification and get into your phone then all that security would be completely useless.
