I just got a talking unit as a benefit of my insurance company. I can find the
name of it tomorrow if you are interested. I'm not too happy with the forehead
reading but the in-the-ear reading seems to be pretty good and is repeatable.
I also found that I can point the ear end of the unit
Amazon has a few also.
