When I had that turned on, on my series 6, I think it reminded me at 10 minutes
before the hour.
I don't know if that is customizable.

If you have stand reminders enabled it should just remind you although I don't
know if it's necessary on the hour. If you had been standing/walking around at
say 9:45 AM then I doubt it would remind you 15 minutes later at 10 AM that you
have to stand again.
