My only other thought that hasn’t been mentioned- Are you signed into iCloud?
How much free storage space is available in iCloud? Is Blind Square turned On
to backup to iCloud? If you go to Settings, iCloud & swipe

with map programs, and most personally, it doesn't have all
my saved places in it.

Blind Square is still being updated. We have moved the list to a different web
service. If you would like to join the list, the subscription address is below.
And if you were a part of the beta program, that list is also moved as well.
But I would have to verify before I give you that
Blind square on my phone is working normally, with no issue.
You might try rebooting your phone, and checking your Wi-Fi/cellular signal
strength.
