Feliciano, My particular issue was on an HP Notebook running Windows 7 32 bit. I am using the latest version of JAWS 15 and my version of Outlook is 2010. This is not a VIPhone problem nor Outlook. It’s a JAWS problem and I’ve seen this unstability both with JFW14 and JFW15 and Outlook 2013 and especially with certain HTML e-mails. I have at last ditched JFW and I have not experienced this since moving to NVDA. NVDA is a brilliant screen reader.
