Not really, but I do have this issue with Audible downloads. On WiFi they
sometimes are incredibly slow as in slow like on dial-up and if I turn off WiFi
while the download is going on and it switches to 3G (no LTE yet where I live)
it suddenly starts pooring in. Audible support tells me this
Can't say I've noticed that to be honest.
