It was released to the app store last weekend.
The beta had been public and the instructions were sent out a couple weeks ago.
Unless he decides to do another beta round, at this point you will need to buy
the app if you want to check it out.
You won't be sorry. For $5.99 it is better than KNFB

it already blows Seeing AI away with the fact that you can do multipage
documents in a batch and save as one file with formatting in tact. And it is
all done right on the phone

Is there a way to share or export a scan from the Scanner app? I cannot find
any such button in the app.
Thanks

For $100 Mexican I’d definitely grab it! So it’ll be like an AddOn or module
for Voice Dream Reader? Then as I understand?

hi Sandy,
Of course′
The beta; as they always say, is good for 90 days; but I'll be surprised if it
takes that long before it is ready.
But time will tell as it always does.

Richard,
I am very interested in this, especially, since K NFB reader seems to be
foundering… however, I am no good as a beta tester. I just get in a mess with
it all. so, when this is finalised and arrives in the App Store, will you
please let us know on this list?
thanks for keeping us
Sorry, Julian, you are right! I opened your email on my iPad and it just opened
a general page, but just now I opened it on my iPhone and I got the scanner
beta! Thanks very much

Harry,
Step 2 on that page is the link to get the scanner beta.
It doesn't have the name; just the code, but if you have testflight installed,
that link will open in testflight and you can get the app.

I have got the beta of voice dream reader but cannot find a link for scanner

hi Richard,
When I first read your messages, somehow I missed the one that had the link
with the scanner for the Scanner app.
I found it, downloaded it, and all is well.
Thank you for the help. We were very nice person, and always willing to help. I
want you to know that I appreciate it.

Hello Richard, so here is what I did and if I did something incorrect maybe you
could let me know. I clicked on the link and got the voice dream beta, that
worked perfectly. Then I went into Voice Dream and clicked on add and clicked
to turn on the scanner, it sent me to the App Store, and
Well, for my money, it blows knfbe away. And I paid too much for that app,
which has actually kind of gotten worse recently rather than better. It imports
PDF files, which is the only reason I have it on my phone. It seems to me the
five dollars isn’t quite enough. I agree you can’t charge too
Which beta did you install?
Follow the link I sent for the scanner app.
Or search for Voice Dream Scanner beta and follow the link you find that says
something about join the beta ...
I do not recall where you live, but in the US it is readily available; but not
in the app store yet, only
hi, I downloaded the latest data, and it told me to go to the App Store to get
the scanner app. I went there but it says that the app is not available in my
location or region. Can you please tell me how to get the scanner I tried going
to the ad dialogue but I couldn’t get it they are either
Yes, iPhone.
You have to install Testflight from the app store first. Then follow the link
below to get the beta.

This is also where it blows KNFB Reader away to because still, for $99.99, they
cannot retain formatting.

This seems quite promising as long as he sticks to a low price. I fuly
agree that the effort of developing this new oCr option is worth more.
however, he's up against some well established stiff accessible competition
from Seeing A I, Prizmo Go and of course, KNFb Reader. The only way to get
