Thank you for getting back to me on this subject. I’m not having any trouble
ordinarily just when I press the home key and tell it to send a text message to
somebody usually when I take my hand off the honky, it will say or ask me what
I want to say which means the voiceover will do
And, along with what Donna said; that is Siri you are hearing; not VoiceOver.
Make sure Siri didn't get turned off from the Home button access.
