I don’t understand it, but every time I open the app, I have to sign in, then I
close the app and reopen it. Then all my favorites that have been set up show
and everything works as it should.

You may have to delete and reinstall the app I can't think of anything else I'd
try in such a situation. I hope you get it sorted quickly.

chime in regarding the statement that the app is not super accessible.
I respectfully disagree. I use it weekly and while it's not perfect it
is indeed quite usable when using VoiceOver on an iPhone.

I imagine that both platforms have the same commands, but you need to research
that. Look up the commands for both platforms then go from there. Both
platforms are great, it's a matter of what works best for you and what you want
to accomplish.
