I'd like to find the NRSV in an accessible version that will let me look
up specific citations. The Bible Gateway has that on line, but the app
doesn't seem to have been updated with this particular Bible translation
yet.
Yes it is. I've had ikt for some time now.

The one I use cost $19 and is Alexander Scourby's reading of the bible. It
comes with a study section and some other things. Though it is expensive,

all.

Thanks, NOrm. What I'l looking for is a way to search directly for a known
book, chapter and set of versus, and that's what I believe can't be done from
within the bookshare app, only on the website of something like Bible Gateway.

I can search from within the Bible using book share. Wow I have the
Bible open I can go to navigation and then tap the search button. I
can then enter the book that I want to jump to and press on search I
have not found a way in the book share app itself to be able to search
for a particular phrase
Thanks, Vicki. I know there are lots of accesible Bibles. I was particularly
interested in the NRSV in an easily searchable offline edition, and that
doesn't seem to exist as yet.

can't get rid of the verse numbers, so far as I know. Maybe when they update
the app, the NRSV will be in there.

Hi Dan,
Actually you can find exactly what you're looking for at this website. It is
not an app just a very accessible website.

I use the official Bible Gateway app. I like the way it is laid out and if
you use the menu button at the top left, it is easy to navigate around to
find what you want.
