Yes they are. When you touch the spot that has activity on it it will say
moving 21% exercise zero stand 14% for example. You can also go through the
pages and look at the different things that you’re able to do. I’ve had no
problem with that at all

I have an Apple watch series 3, and use it daily, for activity tracking, among
other things.
