I have noticed this and also I no longer have the unlock sound either.

I have this bug as well. I also have a strange one in which the voice over does
not read the incoming caller’s number all the time.
I cannot even imagine where I would be today were it not for that handful of
friends who have given me a heart full of joy. Let's face it, friends make

I have noticed notifications being quite inconsistent in iOS9 with a bevvy of
apps including messages, news headline apps and Westminster chimes to name a
few.
