I just checked four keyboards around my house and they all had two Windows
keys. They're all desktop keyboards, with one being bluetooth.
None of them are terribly new though.

Keyboards used to have two Windows keys, but most of them don't any more. I
have two who do, one is a Logitech mechanical
is the Windows key and the one on the right is is the context key
which brings up the context menu similar to a right mouse click.
