Just go to the app store with that ID and search for the app and/or click on
purchased not on this iPhone and you'll be able to just download the app again
at no cost.

Jim, good question. Tap on the purchased tab in the App Store. You will
see a list of all originally purchased apps with a download button beside
each.
Works like a charm.
