You can do it pretty easily in settings but you need bluetooth on as well. I
tend to avoid using it too much though, as networks do charge a lot for it.

in the usa unless you have 1 of there newer plans the hotspot is not a free
feature.
setting it up is extremely easy just a matter of you turning it on from within
your settings.
