TextFree on an iPhone 4S

For those who had mentioned the TextFree app, are any of you using it on an iPhone 4S? If so, are you also finding that when someone calls that number, the phone doesn't ring? For me, it just goes to voice mail after 8 or 10 rings. I was hoping this was a way to have a second number on an iPhone.

I had not had any experience with incoming calls. I just tried it with mixed results. I tried it three times in a row calling it from my other phone. The first time it worked, however after I disconnected on the calling phone, the textfree continued to ring for about 30 seconds. It did that each
