Did you select your workout type on the watch itself and start it at the
beginning of your workout?
For example:
I do one hour’s work on my exercise cycle.
So before I start I launch the Workout App on my watch and select Indore Cycle
as
A couple of things to remember. If you are walking, your arm has to
be moving. On the treadmill, for example, with your hands on the
rests, the watch doesn't know you're walking. With a shopping cart,
the same. When I tread I keep my phone in my pocket so I can have my
