Dan, Have you looked at Voice Dream Reader or Access Note? Both are iOS apps, Voice dream Reader costs $10, and AccessNote costs $20. I don't know if you can open BRF files in Voice Dream, but I'm pretty sure you can in AccessNote. You can get a trial of Voice Dream from the app store. Good luck,

I don't know of anything for iOS that will do this without a braille display. Alternatively, (and I say this as primarily a Braille reader) there are far more audio book titles than there are Braille titles. You might have better luck searching for audiobooks instead. HtH, Teresa On Feb 10,
