The word is “coop”. if it’s in the middle of the sentence, it correctly says “coop” as in the place where chickens are kept. However, if the word coop is the last word in a sentence, VoiceOver wants to assume it’s the abbreviation for “cooperative”. I’d go ahead and change it in the pronunciation dictionary and see if it holds. It is treating it that way because of the period after it.
