Just wondering How do I delete apps from my purchase history in the iphone
app store? I have apps that show up that I've either decided I no longer use
and have deleted from the phone itself, or they were inaccessibleand also
removed them from the phone, but they still show up in app
Hi, you can of course delete no longer wanted apps from your iTunes
install on the PC or Mac, but you can't delete them from the purchase
history. This is also like a record of what you purchased, whether it
was free or paid.

While app purchases can't be deleted from the history, they can be hidden.
However I haven't found this to be accessible on Mac. Someone may know a trick,
or it can be done on Windows. Here is a link explaining the process.
