Yes! Thank you! Yes the first two replies were excellent and explain the 
problem completely. Thank you for your clarification.
However, what I was asking was, that when voice-over is used to type on my 
Braille keypad in my iPhone, if I do not type dot  5 and 6 and just type the 
“w” with the space after it it should read it as “will” isn’t it? However it 
does not.
Do I have to change any settings on my iPhone for my iPhone to read the 
contractions?

That's the letter sign. For instance, if you want to type the name Al, dot six 
then a l will give you capital also. However if you do dots 5 6 then a dot six 
then a l, you'll get the name Al. It basically means don't translate this next 
thing as a contraction.
