Yes, Segert, I hear no difference between the two voices. and I have made a
point of turning off the phone and then back on in order to establish the
change.

I have both the male and female siri voices enhanced.
WHat you have to do is go to settings>General>accessibility>Speak Selection,
turn that on, tap on the voices button, tap on English, then turn on enhanced
quality, and it will download them.

Is samantha the only us inhanced voice, or is it possible for me to replace
samantha with siri's male voice? I think I could get use to that voice reading

Samantha is the only enhanced US voice. No, the Siri voices cannot be used with
VoiceOver.
That would be nice, but isn't going to happen anytime soon, if ever.
