When I set my iPhone 3GS running iOS 6 to vibrate mode, if I get a
notification while the screen is locked, voiceover will not read it. It
will, however, if I have it in the regular mode with all the sounds
turned on. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks,

This is good to hear. I haven't yet been in a meeting where I muted my iPhone
since the update. It has always been frustrating for me to three-finger
double-tap mute VO and flip the mute switch. I am glad the mute switch finally
mutes VO spoken announcements when the screen is locked.

Nope, it's a long awaited feature. VO mutes itself after confirming that the
screen is locked. I really like it. No more sudden talking VO because I
forgot to three-finger double-tap VO mute
