warning about restoring transferring purchases

Hello all, I am struggling with iTunes. I am trying to restore my phone from a backup, but I get a warning stating there are purchases on my phone that have not been backed up. Using Jaws 16 and Windows 7. How do I find and enable this option? Thanks. -- The following information is
