I saw that you were able to access the website from your computer. Sometimes the IHHS server is slow. Reloading the website sometimes works. And you may have to try to reload a few times. I find the website to be a pain in the *ss most of the time when accessing the website using my iPhone 7.

So there is a good reason why the calendars wont sync, IMAP mail protocol doesn't include a calendar feature, So your friends calendar is a stand alone calendar. I've not tried it, But your friend could try saving the calendars in to a file of a format that would work with the calendar app in
