Try dictate by dragon dictate. It's accessible and free.

Hi all, the subject says it all. I'm looking for an app on which I can
dictate notes and then send the note to my drop box. The on board notes app
seems not to sync to drop box. The access notes from AFB will send to drop
box, but will not allow dictation. Any suggestions?

There is an app that I have and use just for that. It is called Write 2. It has
a number 2 at then end.

Hi there. No doubt you might get several suggestions for this because there are
several apps which will do this and do this well. My personal favorite is plain
text. The free version has ads, but the paid version does not. It is a very
easy to use app which also has drop box and iTunes
