always lock when I press the sleep button
Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that since upgrading to iOS 14 my iPhone doesn’t always go to
sleep when I press the sleep button. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

I have, but this was happening before version 14.

It shouldn’t have to do anything with the BackTap function. With or without it
on, my SE2020 has no problems on pressing the button to sleep. Have you tried
restarting your phone?

I have an SE 2020 as well. I’m wondering if it might have something to do with
the back tap function so I have disabled that and I will see if the problem is

What iPhone model do you use? I have an iPhone SE 2020, I have never had this
problem. I am running iOS 14.2 apublic beta, nd all summer when I beta tested
iOS 14, this issue never happen to me. I suggest reporting it to Apple
Accessibility, and then, beta testing and finally reporting
