Thanks for responding. We do have family sharing enabled and I have my husband
on it. He blind alive app says family sharing but I can’t seem to figure out

Have you already set up Family Sharing in Settings > Your Name Apple Id (the
first item at the top?
That would be your first step, if you double tap on that find Family Sharing
and add your husband.

If you're doing it on the phone, go to settings iTunes and App Store find where
your Apple ID is listed, double tap on that enter in the password for the Apple
ID. And there should be something that says payment information link and that
will take you to where you can view your payment info. All
