Re: Reading Pharmacy Label?

2018-04-16 Thread Marie Lyons
I too am not satisfied with talking pill reminders. It doesn’t give all the
information that Script talk would. Walgreens gave me the device and left the
recording up to me.

Re: Reading Pharmacy Label?

2018-04-14 Thread Richard
Hi Richard,
The device seems to work just fine, the problem seems to be with the Walgreen
staff.
Even after numerous phone calls, only some of our prescriptions
come with the talking pill reminders.
I appreciate that the service is free, but in our experience it has been very
inconsistent.
As far as choosing a pharmacy with the scripTtalk, it sounds like we are in the
same boat as you. (smile)

Take care,
Rick

Yes, it attaches to the cap. What have you found not satisfactory about them?
I just got my first batch of prescriptions, and they work fine for me?
The pharmacist recorded the medication name, strength and dosage
instructions.
It is true that with ScriptTalk, you also get the prescription number,
expiration date, and phone numbers for the doctor and the pharmacy, but no
pharmacy I could use through my insurance uses ScriptTalk.
