Double tap on the text you want to copy and paste, until you hear like sound of
something come up. A menu will appear, flick to the wright until you hear
"select all.
Double tap on that bring you a menu that the first item in that is "copy.
Put the VoiceOver cursor at the beginning of what you want to copy.
If you are using iOS 9.3, you should find “text selection” in the rotor.
Turn to that then flick up or down with one finger to word or line selection.
Once you have the kind of selection you want, flick right with one finger.
