This problem is not exclusive to the Amazon keyboard. It is happening
with others as well. I have a Microsoft mobile keyboard that can be
connected up to three devices and it suffers the same issues. I had it
working the other day and then last night I was going to use it to take
notes
I am writing this message on a fifth gen iPod Touch running iOS 9.0.1 or 9.01
(whichever) using an Amazon Basics Bluetooth keyboard. I hav3en't used this
particular iPod Touch very much, and this keyboard has been paired with a
number of devices. So, I had to pair the keyboard before trying
i actually had not tried it with iOS 9, but it worked great with 8.4.1.
I did try forgetting the device and even rebooting the phone, no luck.
Good thing I've gotten really good with mBraille.

Did it work OK in IOS 9 before you upgraded to 01? People have suggested that
forgetting the device and then repairing it should help.
