I don't think this is the case. I usually let my battery get down to below 40 percent, then I flip the switch to charge it. Or, you can just let the phone use the juice pack battery first, then switch to its own battery, either way works. Original message: Thanks for them info. Hi, No it doesn't. At least not in my experience. My phone sits in the juice Pac with the duce Pac turned off until I kneed to charge it. I notice no difference in battery life weather the phone is in the battery case or not.
