Re: Emailing photos from my camera roll

2017-08-07 Thread Richard Turner

Or, get into the body of an email, either a new one or a reply/forward, turn
the rotor to edit, flick up or down until you get to insert photo or video,
double tap and you are in your photos where you can choose the one to attach.
Repeat for as many as you want to try and send at one time.

Richard

Subject: Emailing photos from my camera roll

I have several photos in my camera roll which I need to email. If I have a
choice, I would rather dump them into my Dropbox and then email with my
windows 10 computer. If this is possible, please tell me how to do it as I
have done almost nothing with photos in the past. I did make sure that any
pictures I do not wish to send have been deleted.

If I must attach the photos to an email message rather than dumping them into
Dropbox, please tell me step by step how to do so. I have sent emails from my
iPhone 6 running IOS 10.3.3; just didn't have to mess with photos. And if I
didn't ask previously, which is easier, sending directly from the iPhone, or
dumping initially into Dropbox.

Thanks.

RE: Emailing photos from my camera roll

2017-08-06 Thread R Van Lant
If you pull up the camera roll and double top on the photo you want to open it,
a button should appear at the bottom for Share. I typically find it really
easy to email them,. I have not tried moving them to Drop Box. Once the share
menu opens, you can simply select mail and it will open a new email message
with the picture attached. Then, all you are doing is addressing the email as
you normally would and kitting send. Of course, you can add a subject and text
to your message, but that’s not necessary. You will surely also get a pop-up
telling you the that picture size is to large and you’ll have the option of
what size picture to send. If I know I want to give someone a higher
resolution photo, I’ll pick large, but if I’m just sending a picture for
someone to see something, I will select small.

Hope this helps.
