Give it time. I've noticed sometimes when the updates come out, my phone doesn't see them immediately. If I wait a few days it will show in Settings. I know this because if an update is there VoiceOver will say, Settings, 1 item, where that 1 item is the update. Patience, Wayne On 4/8/15, Kim

Hi Wayne, it may take some days for the badge to update, depending on when the phone checks for updates, but if you check manually, it's there at the same time for everyone. A few of my clients were tripped up yesterday by the fact that there is a focus issue in the iOS 8.2 updates screen. So
