Hi Evan, the main issue with the data (not your fault) seems to be that images have a strongly anisotropic resolution (thick slice). The combination between small vessels (of size comparable to the resolution, at least in one direction) and anisotropy leads to inaccurate image intensity gradient

Hi Anouk, I'm not really sure about what's not working here, the output from vmtk you attached is not self-explanatory, unfortunately. Just a note: you shouldn't enclose option values in quotes ('profileidlist') but just use values unquoted vmtksurfacereader -ifile H:\Cath_recon_4(1)_10(1)_SC.stl
